About this product

In the Games & Logic range, Toddlers & Young Children 3D Educational Toys Peg Puzzles Board Game Shape Cognitive is a wooden board game for children from three years. It gives a child strategy a child can feel working, and gives the adult a screen-free hour that adults enjoy too. It measures about 35 × 50 × 35 cm. Material: solid hardwood.

Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Playing pieces are turned or laser-cut, tumbled and checked for consistency so a set plays without wobble. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

100 pieces is the minimum run and production takes roughly 7 days. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

FAQ

Can we localise the rules sheet?
Yes. Send the translation; we typeset it to the box format and proof it before printing. Languages we have printed include English, German, French, Spanish and Japanese.
Do you supply the game pieces in a bag?
Yes — cotton bag, drawstring bag, or a fitted insert in the box. Bag printing is available from 500 pieces.
Can we customise it?
Yes — logo, colour, wood species, packaging and barcode. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling.
