About this product

In the Games & Logic range, Toddlers Early Education Two in One Aeroplane Chess Wooden Chinese Ludo Board Game Chess is a wooden board game for the 5–8 age band. Children come back to it because it rewards turn-taking that has to be learned. It measures about 42 × 10 × 24 cm. Material: solid hardwood.

It is made the way we make everything in this range. Playing pieces are turned or laser-cut, tumbled and checked for consistency so a set plays without wobble. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

It is quoted at MOQ 100 pieces, with production around 10 days. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
