Montessori Wooden Pull Stick Tower DIY Assembly Falling Ball Game Detachable Design Logic is the kind of wooden table game that works in a classroom and on a shop shelf. Play is mostly about the social glue of a table game, with a screen-free hour that adults enjoy too arriving without being taught. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 49 × 29.5 × 48 cm in solid hardwood.

It is made the way we make everything in this range. Boards are printed on a sealed surface and finished with a water-based varnish so pieces slide without scuffing the print. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.

It runs from 50 sets and takes around 7 days to produce. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

FAQ

Can we localise the rules sheet?
Yes. Send the translation; we typeset it to the box format and proof it before printing. Languages we have printed include English, German, French, Spanish and Japanese.
Do you supply the game pieces in a bag?
Yes — cotton bag, drawstring bag, or a fitted insert in the box. Bag printing is available from 500 pieces.
Which port do you ship from?
FOB Ningbo or Shanghai as standard; EXW and CIF are available on request.
