About this product

This wooden board game belongs to the Games & Logic range and is built for school-age children. It is designed around a compact gift that travels well and turn-taking that has to be learned. Dimensions are , measuring about 25.5 × 15.5 × 4.5 cm; the set is a single piece.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Each game is packed with a rules sheet and a piece count check before the box is sealed. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.

MOQ 1 piece; allow 9 days for production. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

Can we localise the rules sheet?
Yes. Send the translation; we typeset it to the box format and proof it before printing. Languages we have printed include English, German, French, Spanish and Japanese.
Do you supply the game pieces in a bag?
Yes — cotton bag, drawstring bag, or a fitted insert in the box. Bag printing is available from 500 pieces.
Which port do you ship from?
FOB Ningbo or Shanghai as standard; EXW and CIF are available on request.
