Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Boards are printed on a sealed surface and finished with a water-based varnish so pieces slide without scuffing the print. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

Pricing starts at 300 sets and production is around 31 days. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
