About this product

A wooden board game for the 5–8 age band, Eco-Friendly Wooden Ludo Game Board. Must-have for Christmas. Drawer-style Game is one of the 1,000 wooden toys we make. The play value is simple: strategy a child can feel working. The product is a single piece and measures , measuring about 42 × 14 × 8 cm, in solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Boards are printed on a sealed surface and finished with a water-based varnish so pieces slide without scuffing the print. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 300 sets, 9-day production. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
