About this product

CPC CE Wooden Flag Chess Games Board Toys is the kind of wooden board game that works in a classroom and on a shop shelf. The play value is simple: turn-taking that has to be learned. The finished piece measures , measuring about 32 × 24 × 5 cm and is cut from solid hardwood.

It is made the way we make everything in this range. Boards are printed on a sealed surface and finished with a water-based varnish so pieces slide without scuffing the print. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.

MOQ 32 pieces; allow 15 days for production. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
