About this product
A games toy for children aged three to five, Children Early Education Wooden Animal Dice Toy Matching Game Focus Concentration & is one of the 1,000 wooden toys we make. It gives a child the social glue of a table game, and gives the adult memory and pattern practice disguised as play. Dimensions are , measuring about 18 × 13 × 4 cm; the set is a single piece.
Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Playing pieces are turned or laser-cut, tumbled and checked for consistency so a set plays without wobble. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.
10 sets is the minimum run and production takes roughly 15 days. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
