Macaron Montessori Wood 100-Piece Nature Theme Kids Building Block Sets Stacking Toy STEM is a wooden stacking set from our Build & Construct range, made for the 3–5 age band. The material and the shape support the kind of open-ended play that does not have a screen and trial-and-error problem solving without a wrong answer. It measures about 24.5*24.5*3.5cm/1.23kg. It is made from solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Each face is sanded through three grits, then sealed with a water-based primer so the colour coat does not raise the grain. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.

MOQ 18 pieces; allow 15 days for production. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
