Montessori Children's Wooden Rainbow Marble Run Music Tree Game Educational Kendama

About this product

This wooden musical instrument belongs to the Art & Music range and is built for babies from about 18 months. What it asks for is a quiet activity next to a loud one, not a screen. It measures about 38 × 35 × 10 cm. Material: solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Instrument bodies are cut and hollowed, then sanded inside and out before the sound is checked. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.

8 sets is the minimum run and production takes roughly 31 days. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
