Montessori Baby Sensory Music Game Early Educational Animal Hand Bell Children Learning

About this product

A wooden musical instrument for older children, Montessori Baby Sensory Music Game Early Educational Animal Hand Bell Children Learning is one of the 1,000 wooden toys we make. Children come back to it because it rewards a quiet activity next to a loud one. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 8*8*9cm in solid hardwood.

It is made the way we make everything in this range. Bars and keys are tuned by removing material from the underside, then sealed so moisture does not shift the pitch. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

3 pieces is the minimum run and production takes roughly 7 days. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
