From brief to container
A private-label project has six steps. Most of the delay in a wooden toy project happens at sample approval or artwork, so those are the two we plan around.
01 — Brief
Product, quantity, destination market, packaging, artwork status and target landed cost. A reference photo is enough to start.
02 — Quotation
Unit price at your quantity, tooling if needed, MOQ, lead time, carton data and the documents we can supply.
03 — Sample
7–10 working days for a custom sample, 3–7 for a stock sample. You approve the sample in writing before production.
04 — Artwork and packaging
Dieline, warnings, barcode and importer details are finalised and proofed before print.
05 — Production
15–35 days depending on the product and the finish. Progress photos at agreed points.
06 — Inspection and loading
Pre-shipment inspection, carton marks check, loading plan and documents.
