Packaging that survives the trip
A wooden toy is heavy for its size, which makes packaging a structural problem before it is a design problem. These are the formats we produce.
Formats
Colour box — printed, laminated, with a window or a sleeve. Kraft box — unprinted or one-colour, cheaper at low volume. Display carton — for shelf-ready retail. Gift box — rigid or folded, for the baby and gifting ranges. Mailer — for e-commerce, sized to the courier tier.
Print and compliance
Dieline, warnings, age marking, barcode, importer details and recycling marks. We proof everything before print and keep a copy with the order file.
Testing
Cartons are drop-tested with the product inside. For heavy items we recommend a double-wall carton and an internal fitment.

What is the minimum for a printed box?
Usually 500–1,000 pieces because of the print run. Stock kraft boxes are available from 20 pieces.
Can you design the box?
We can lay out the dieline and place your artwork. Full graphic design is done by your designer or ours on request.
